Since when there is possibility to check-in?
Check-in is after 14:00 on the day of arrival. In some cases, there is possible to check-in earlier, the fee for this service is 25 Euros. Early check-in should be checked at the hotel reception, or filled in when booking online.
Since when there is necessity to check-out?
Check-out is required before 11:00 on the day of departure. In some cases it is possible to check-out later (late check-out), the service fee is 25 Euros. Late check-out needs to be confirmed at the hotel reception or filled in online booking.
What are the parking possibilities? Is it free?
Hotel guests, including visitors to the hotel restaurant and wellness, enjoy free parking in front of the hotel or in the hotel area, which is monitored by camera system. Guests, who are not using the hotel, pay parking according to the current price list. Guests can also use the possibility of parking in a closed garage for a fee of 5.00 Eur / day.
Can I specify a room location when ordering?
Hotel staff will do their best to meet all requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that all requirements will be met as this is subject of availability.
Which kind of documents do I need to present on arrival?
Upon check-in photo identification or passport is required. At the first check-in, it is also necessary to fill in the Consent to the processing of personal data.
How and when should I pay for my stay?
The stay can be paid in cash, by credit card, gift voucher or via payment gateway (PayPal). When paying the stay in advance (issuing the advance invoice), the stay can also be paid by bank transfer. If the stay has not been paid in advance, it must be paid at the time of check-out as the latest option. Using this option, we require payment guarantee by pre-authorizing a credit card or by providing credit card details.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We do not accept American Express credit cards.
Is it possible to stay with a dog in the hotel?
The hotel can accommodate a dog or other pets for a fee of 10 Eur / night.
How far is the bus and train station from the hotel?
The train and bus station can be reached by walking in about 5 minutes.
When is it possible to use the wellness services of the hotel? Do you need a swimsuit for wellness?
Wellness is open daily from 14: 00-22: 00. During the summer months (July, August) the wellness is open from 17: 00-22:00.
To cover the body it is possible to use a wellness sheet or disposable underwear, which is available for wellness visitors. The use of bathing suits in wellness is prohibited because the bathing suits are made of synthetic material and at higher temperatures they release harmful substances that adversely affect human health.
Can guests, who are not staying in a hotel, also benefit from wellness?
Yes, the wellness center is open also for a non-accommodated guests.
Does the spa include a swimming pool?
Swimming pool is not a part of the wellness, guests can enjoy 5 types of saunas, cooling pool, jacuzzi, massage showers, heated deck chairs, relaxation room.
When is the hotel restaurant open? At what time is breakfast served to hotel guests?
The restaurant is open from 06:30 to 22:00 during the week, from 07:30 to 22:00 on the weekend. Breakfast time is 6:30 am - 10:00 am during the week, respectively 7:30 - 10: 00h over the weekend.
Is it possible to prepare breakfast packages for early travel, in case of early departure?
We are able to arrange breakfast packages that you can take with you. This request must be reported the day before, at the hotel reception.
What are the other dining options at the hotel?
The hotel restaurant is available to hotel guests throughout the day. Lunch can be ordered from the daily menu, which is served from 11:00 to 14:00. or à la carte menu. Dinner can be enjoyed in the form of half board (3-course menu) from 19:00 to 21:00, or à la carte menu, which is available daily from 11:00 to 21:30.
How does charging electric cars work? There are charging stations for electric cars in the hotel area. Stayed guests can use them for a fee of €7.00/1 hour. External guests can use this service for a fee €9.00/1 hour.
