Rooms are located on eight floors and can be accessed by lift or staircase. Completely new rooms, after reconstruction, are on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 9th floor, where is the beautiful view of not only the city, but also the panorama of the High Tatras. In addition, all rooms on the ninth floor are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have a bathroom with bath or shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic kits, flat-screen TV, telephone, minibar, safe, bathrobe, slippers and wellness sheet. All rooms, except STANDARD rooms, have a coffee and tea service with an electric kettle. In the EXCLUSIVE room category, there are two wheelchair accessible rooms, located on the 4th floor and accessible by a large lift.
